There has been an increase in volatility both at factories and via shipping channels due to the Coronavirus. There is a lot of freight congestion at ports and airports which can result in delays. With an urgency for PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), such as masks, there is high demand for express courier and airfreight. It is also difficult for inexperienced importers to do their proper due diligence with regard to Quality Control (QC) as they cannot travel to the factory to do their own inspections. Fortunately NGS has a vast and reliable network for QC partners in China and around the world. This mitigates risks associated with your shipments. NGS is accredited by the Australian Border Force as an Australian Trusted Trader. This accreditation minimises a lot of risk with regard to delays in the shipping process.
