No obligation, FREE quotes
We understand you have a lot of options. You can source product yourself, go on Alibaba, get on a plane, go to Canton Fair and try it yourself, you’re most welcome to. Most of our customers have gone and tried themselves already and many have failed. Received product so bad they can’t sell it, the Chinese Government won’t allow them to send it back and the factory won’t give them a refund. Sure they offer a discount off the next shipment, but by then the damage is too great. Your cash flow has taken a hit and your customers are looking elsewhere. Some of our customers have even sourced product themselves and done it successfully, but at what costs? The cost of being away from your business, your staff, your customer, etc. for extended periods of time, micromanaging factories to manufacture your products to the quality your consider acceptable, dodging pitfalls of international trade, having elaborate insurance policies, or worse, finding out too late that you weren’t covered!?
Another option you have is to use another sourcing company. Do they charge you thousands of dollars just for a quote? Are they a Chinese based trading? Sure, they operate on only a few percent margin, but what are they actually doing to protect you? What happens if things go wrong?
NGS can work as an extension of your business. While NGS focuses on the procurement of your products and components, you can focus on what you do best. Just some of the benefits of NGS sourcing your products and components are as follows:
Reduce product costs
No obligation, FREE quotes
We deal with our customers under many different arrangements, from a simple consulting session where we can identify your risks and offer solutions, to an end to end global sourcing and procurement solution. In most cases, we agree on terms and supply to our customers in their local currency (AUD in Australia for example), plus GST, delivered to their door, or nominated delivery address.
Many people don’t realise that the declared importer (Consignee) as noted on the main shipping document (Bill of Lading) is the responsible party if something were to go wrong. For example, if you were to import a product that damaged someones property, or worse, injured or killed someone, you would be the responsible party. As far as your local law is concerned, you, and not your overseas supplier, are liable. So any director, board or business owner that is importing and not doing their utmost due diligence needs to be careful. NGS has extremely regimented processes and procedures, while exercises thorough due diligence on every shipment to prevent such occurrences. Thus, we are happy to offer a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid – See Incoterms) to our customers, as we are supremely confident in what we offer. We also have highly elaborate insurance policies to cover the unforeseen or unavoidable, so you can be safe and assured that NGS has you covered and you can focus on growing your business, spending time with your family…or going fishing.
“We deal with it, so you don’t have to”
Did we mention we offer no obligation, FREE quotes?
We don’t expect to get every customer every time, but if you go somewhere else, please do not pay thousands of dollars for a quote and do not let them make you responsible for their sourcing. Incoterms such as EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free On Board), CFR (Cost and Freight), CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight) and many more terms DO NOT void you off liability.
Best of luck with your products and thank you for considering NGS.
